PinasBIX is available as a mobile app and a web platform (app.pinasbix.xenonlabs.dev). It combines AI-powered question banks, spaced repetition flashcards, a Pomodoro focus timer, mock exams, and an AI study assistant — built for Filipino students. Your progress syncs across all your devices.

Get the App

Use PinasBIX on mobile (Google Play Store or Apple App Store — requires Android 6.0+ or iOS 12.0+) or study directly on the web at app.pinasbix.xenonlabs.dev — no install needed.

Sign In

Create your account with Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In — on mobile or web. No separate password needed.

Allow Notifications

Grant notification permissions so you receive daily study reminders and flashcard review alerts. (Mobile only — browser notifications can be enabled on the web app.)

Pick Your Exam

Complete the onboarding flow and select your target exam — board, government, or college entrance.

Start Studying

Follow your personalized learning path with lessons, quizzes, flashcards, mock exams, and AI-powered practice. Your progress syncs across mobile and web automatically.

  1. Force-close the app and reopen it
  2. Restart your device
  3. Update PinasBIX to the latest version
  4. Check your internet connection
  5. Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → PinasBIX → Clear Cache)
  1. Verify notification permissions are enabled for PinasBIX in your device settings
  2. Disable battery optimization for PinasBIX (Android)
  3. Ensure notification settings are enabled inside the app (Settings → Notifications)
  4. Check that Do Not Disturb mode is off
  1. Check your internet connection — results sync when you're back online
  2. Verify you're signed in (Profile → check your account)
  3. Update the app to the latest version
  4. Try force-closing and reopening the app, then retake the quiz
  1. Wait 2–5 minutes after purchase for activation to propagate
  2. Tap 'Restore Purchases' in Settings → Subscription
  3. Verify you're signed in with the same account used to purchase
  4. Restart the app after restoring
  5. If still inactive after 10 minutes, contact support with your purchase receipt
  1. Wait 2–5 minutes after completing the Xendit checkout
  2. Refresh the page or navigate away and back
  3. Sign out and sign back in to re-fetch your subscription status
  4. Verify the payment completed — check your email for a confirmation receipt from Xendit
  5. If still inactive, contact support-pinasbix@xenonlabs.dev with your transaction ID
  1. AI Chat requires AI credits — check your credit balance in the app
  2. Purchase credits in-app if your balance is zero
  3. Check your internet connection — AI Chat requires an active connection
  4. Try signing out and back in to refresh your session
  1. On Android: disable battery optimization for PinasBIX and enable background activity
  2. On iOS: enable Background App Refresh for PinasBIX in device settings
  3. Keep the app in the foreground during study sessions for best reliability
  1. Verify you're signed in with the same account on both devices
  2. Check that both devices have an active internet connection
  3. Pull down to refresh on the home screen to force a sync
  4. Sign out and back in to trigger a full re-sync

Yes! PinasBIX is free with no ads. Core features — structured lessons, unit quizzes, chapter tests, flashcards, and the Pomodoro timer — are available at no cost. Quick Practice is free up to 10 questions per day. Premium unlocks unlimited Quick Practice, full-length Mock Exams, and the advanced Analytics dashboard. AI Chat (Mayari) is available to any user through a separate credit-based system.

Flashcard reviews can work offline and will sync when you reconnect. The Pomodoro timer also works without a connection since it runs locally. However, most features — including quizzes, lessons, AI Chat, and progress syncing — require an internet connection.

Yes. Sign in with the same Google or Apple account on any device. Your progress syncs automatically across devices when connected to the internet.

PinasBIX covers board exams, government exams (like Civil Service), and college entrance tests (like UPCAT). Check the Home screen for the full list of available exams and subjects.
